The following paperwork is for all campers. Please complete and return the paperwork to the Wee Luv’em Day Care Office or email: camp@weeluvem.com no later than June 17th, 2022.
CHILDREN WILL NOT BE ADMITTED INTO THE PROGRAM UNTIL ALL FORMS ARE SUBMITTED.
